Job duties include assisting homeowners and designers with color and product selections for mostly residential projects. All that's needed is a great personality. Must have good people skills and enjoy the design process in a busy showroom environment. 40 hr work week, must be able to work weekends in the beginning. Base + Commission , OTE 80,000.00 to 100.000.00 first year. GUARANTEED COMMISSIONS FOR THE FIRST 3 MONTHS.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have sales experience , or have at least 1 year of sales/retail sales experience. Tile EXPERIENCE IS A BIG PLUS, BUT WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON!!
