Appointment setter (Sales Development Rep/SDR)
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our sales team in Dallas. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying prospects and setting high-quality appointments for our experienced sales team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong phone and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping businesses succeed. Responsibilities
- Spend 100% of time on the phone out-bound calling to set up sales calls for the outside sales team.
- Identify potential clients in need of office interior services through cold calling.
- Utilize CRM software to organize, track prospecting activity and call-backs.
- Work closely with Sales Management to schedule appointments.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for number of qualified appointments set.
Qualifications
- Ability to work Part-Time (20 hours per week) Monday through Friday.
- Hours are “in house” during regular business hours. Work at our office
- Speak English
- Self-motivated and team player
- Excellent phone etiquette with professional phone voice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic PC skills (Microsoft Outlook/E-mail/Excel)
- Prior lead generation experience in a “business-to-business” environment.
- Previous experience in outbound telemarketing or appointment setting is required.
- GO GETTER who enjoys talking to people and being on the phone.
- Stable work history in telemarketing, appointment setting, inside sales or new business development.
- Location: North Dallas/LBJ-Tollway - Must have reliable transportation & valid drivers' license.
- Candidates must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record & criminal background check.
