Job Description

Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour plus commissions. Individuals who have experience as an Attractions Ticket Sales Agent or have held Cash Handling and Guest Services roles are encouraged to apply. The Attractions Ticket Agent performs teller-type functions related to the sale of attraction tickets and reservations for guests of Westgate Resorts. This role is responsible for accurate cash and ticket handling, maintaining bank security, balancing daily transactions, and delivering professional guest service by providing attraction and area information. This is a fun fast-paced, high‑volume environment where accuracy, professionalism, and Westgate’s core values - Integrity, Passion, and Work Ethic, guide every interaction.

What You Will Do:

  • Sell attraction tickets and book dinner show reservations.
  • Accurately handle cash and balance daily ticket banks.
  • Complete daily paperwork, deposits, and transaction logs.
  • Provide guests with attraction information, directions, and maps.
  • Resolve guest questions and concerns professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.
  • Follow all cash-handling and internal control procedures.
  • Provide limited OPC support during overflow periods, as needed.
Qualifications

What You Will Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills with a professional, guest-focused attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
