The Ontario Tower Buzzers are actively seeking an Account Executive to join their highly dynamic Ticket Sales Team. We believe that Ticket Sales is a vital part of our teams' performance, and our Account Executives play a critical role in that success. We are looking for someone who is interested in growing within the sports industry and curious to learn the inner workings of our business at every level. The individual in this position is expected not only to be an exceptional salesperson but also to deliver outstanding customer service to all clients to ensure fan retention and to establish a positive experience with the brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Represent the organization with the utmost professionalism in the community
  • Generate new business by prospecting, cold calling, appointments, stadium tours, and attending networking/community events
  • Renew all group, hospitality, and season ticket members
  • Work closely with sales and marketing departments to develop compelling sales programs and components focused on long-term business sustainability
  • Maintain a database of contacts and sales progression using tickets.com
  • Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals
  • Meet and/or exceed daily and weekly outbound call/appointment minimums
  • Contribute to overall operation by “answering the call” when assistance is needed in another area of our operation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 6 months of sales or customer service experience
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and building quality relationships, preferably within the sports industry
  • Have a friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Strong desire to learn about our business and grow your professional career
  • Ability to effectively express ideas verbally and in writing
  • Possess a positive attitude
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule
