Brooklyn Bowl Ticket Scanner and Greeter
In this position you will:
*Greet guests as they enter the venue
*Check and scan guest tickets upon entry to the venue and direct them to the appropriate area
*Aid with wristbands/credentials for guests
*Assist guests with directional and informational inquiries by demonstrating strong knowledge of the facility and event(s)
*Communicate in a professional manner with other building staff, clients, guests, and supervisors on important information
*Display a calm and attentive demeanor when rectifying issues with guests
*Control access points to prevent unauthorized entries
*This position will earn $18/hr
Ideal candidates will be those with:
*Stand-out personality and the ability to shine under pressure
*A proven track record of success working in a structured team environment
*The capacity for proactive and positive interactions with our guests (customer
service/hospitality experience a plus)
