Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary:
In accordance with established policies and procedures, the Ticket Office Assistant provides exceptional customer service in person at the ticket office on game days for events hosted by Villanova Athletics.
  • Answer customer inquiries and process ticket sales via walk-up orders.
  • Responsible for daily reconciliation of ticket sales and payments.
  • Other assignments may include but are not limited to the compliance pass entrance, will-call distribution and scanning operations.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Ticket Office staff.

Requirements:
  • Experience in an in-person customer service position.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word/Excel).
  • Applicants should be dependable, punctual and possess effective communication and problem solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
  • Must have a customer-friendly personality and project a positive image of the University and the Athletics Department to fans, donors, staff, students, alumni, and other groups.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work weeknights and weekends as needed for events, including working all home football games.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from athletic events.

Additional Information:
Athletic ticketed sports throughout the 2026- 2027 seasons include: Football, Volleyball, Women's and Men's Basketball, and Men's and Women's Lacrosse.
1-2 years customer service experience preferred but not required.
