UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI
The University of Miami is in a long-term partnership with Legends to oversee athletics ticket sales, customer service, annual fund solicitation/engagement, ticket operations, digital marketing, corporate partnerships, and multi-media rights opportunities. In addition, Legends will represent the University in developing campus-wide strategic partnerships. As the exclusive partner for Miami Athletics, Legends will engage Hurricanes fans and donors, local and regional South Florida businesses, and national brands with unique and integrated sponsorship, ticketing, and hospitality options.
THE ROLE
The Membership Service Representative will support the Membership Service Manager and the Membership Service Team by providing exceptional customer service to University of Miami season ticket holders and fans. This position assists with customer service issues, season ticket holder renewals, account updates, game day service efforts, and general ticketing support. This role is ideal for a current University of Miami student interested in customer service, ticketing, hospitality, and the sports business. The Membership Service Representative will report to the Membership Service Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Communicate with and assist season ticket holders across all ticketed sports: Miami Hurricanes Football, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, and Baseball.
  • Coordinate and execute service calls, emails, and other touchpoints to current customers.
  • Assist with service efforts on game days, member events, and special events.
  • Effectively use Salesforce to accurately record client interactions, feedback, service issues, and follow-up activity.
  • Assist with administrative ticket functions, including account updates, ticket delivery questions, and general customer support.
  • Support renewal campaigns, onboarding efforts, and other membership service initiatives as directed by the Membership Service Manager.
  • Assist with any special projects or duties as assigned by membership service leadership.
  • Meet daily activity expectations, including calls answered/made, activities completed, and other service-related metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Current University of Miami student.
  • Interest in sports management, ticketing, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to represent Legends and the University of Miami at a high level.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and game days as needed.

COMPENSATION
Part-time role (usually around 25 hours per week); Paid hourly rate
