Summary: The Guest Services Representative provides exceptional customer service to guests attending events at Rawhide Event Center. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming guest experience through ticket sales, ticket scanning, guest assistance, entry management, and general event support. Representatives serve as ambassadors for Rawhide by ensuring efficient venue operations while maintaining a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for all guests.Responsibilities:Guest Services & Customer Experience:Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service to all guests. Welcome guests and assist with entry and exit throughout the venue. Answer questions regarding events, venue amenities, ticketing, directions, and general information. Resolve guest concerns or direct them to the appropriate supervisor when necessary. Promote positive guest experience while maintaining professionalism in high-volume environments.Ticketing & Admissions:Sell event tickets using computerized and/or manual ticketing systems. Operate handheld ticket scanners to validate guest tickets at designated entry points. Verify ticket authenticity and confirm event date, time, and admission eligibility. Communicate ticket discrepancies, fraudulent tickets, or admission concerns to supervisory staff. Assist with ticket inventory, record keeping, and other ticket office functions as assigned.Event Operation:Manage guest flow at entrances, exits, and other designated event locations. Maintain orderly admission lines while ensuring efficient entry into the venue. Assist with crowd management and provide directions to guests during events. Work closely with security and event staff to promote a safe environment. Administrative & Operational Support:Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. Perform basic administrative duties, including record keeping and inventory management. Complete assigned event-related tasks before, during, and after events. Assist with venue operations as directed by management.
