  • Partner with agency resources for complex development efforts, design implementation, technical architecture, and large-scale website builds.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and communication plans.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, issue resolution, user acceptance testing, quality assurance, and post-launch stabilization activities.

Website Support & Release Management
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of website enhancement requests including a backlog of improvements.
  • Perform hands-on support work such as content updates, page edits, redirects, metadata updates, form adjustments, tag updates, and CMS configuration changes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues involving content, functionality, integrations, navigation, analytics tagging, and user experience.
  • Manage integrations connecting websites with ecommerce, CRM, email marketing, customer data, and content platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity across connected systems and digital experiences.
  • Oversee release planning, testing, deployment, and post-release validation activities.
  • Document website processes, configurations, support procedures, and governance standards.

Compliance & Security
  • Ensure websites comply with applicable accessibility, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with IT Security to maintain secure website operations.
  • Support governance related to cookies, tracking technologies, privacy compliance, and digital data collection practices.
  • Stay informed on evolving regulatory requirements affecting digital experiences.

Required Qualifications
