Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our Operations team is critical to our success and we are looking for a diligent and passionate part-timeย Operations Associate to help with our in-store lottery ticket operations. Reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager, you will be based on-site in Woburn, MA. This is the perfect opportunity if you're interested in operations and are excited about furthering your career at a start-up and playing a key role in the growth of a new business!

Schedule: Open availability on weekends as well weekday evenings.ย 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Be our ultimate lottery ticket processor by fulfilling customer orders in an organized and systematic manner
  • Follow open and/or closing procedures for our retail and fulfillment location
  • Ensure in-store equipment remains in good operating condition
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues on printing/scanning equipmentย 
  • Escalate issues, concerns, and feedback as appropriate in a timely manner to the supervisor on duty
  • Participate in special ad-hoc projectsย 
  • Adhere to established operating procedures to maintain quality standards
  • Scan, handle and move lottery products efficiently and safely through the fulfillment process (may include some repetitive motion)

YOU IDEALLY HAVE:

  • A minimum of a High School degree or equivalent
  • The willingness to work flexible hours as needed, which may include extended shifts in the day or night and/or occasional weekends or holidays
  • Prior experience in retail, restaurant, or warehouse operations, or an interest in general operations management
  • A passion for learning new processes and technologies
