Vault/Warehouse Associate

What does a successful Vault/Warehouse Associate do at Fiserv?

As a Fiserv Warehouse Vault Associate, you'll be trained on how to fulfill card orders to ship to our clients. You will perform quality checks, confirm quantity produced, make sure the batch is correct per the order ticket, and set up the equipment.

What you will do:

  • Prioritize special order ticket requests
  • Checking counts with the use of basic math to make sure the order is correct
  • Match batch ticket on screen to order and balance sleeve and bulk inventory
  • Respond to equipment alert messages to resolve any errors
  • Safe operation of a forklift including elevated heights upon completion of onsite training and certification

What you will need to have:

  • Experience using a computer for data entry
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to perform basic math for order picking
  • Ability to stand 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
  • Must be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend often

What would be great to have:

  • A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education, and military experience
  • 1 year of experience in warehouse environment
  • 1 year of experience in operating production machines

Important info about this role:

  • You will work an assigned schedule of: 1st shift Mon-Tue 6:30a-2:30p Sat-Sun 5a-5p or 2nd shift Mon-Fri 2:30p-10:30p
  • Eligible to earn shift differential pay for working 2nd or weekends
  • Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Salary Range

$20 - $22

These pay ranges apply to employees in Minnesota. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
