Store Operations Associate — Cardboard Vault

Cardboard Vault is looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Store Operations Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys trading cards, retail, and fast-paced day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with sales and purchases in-store
  • Work the front counter and provide excellent customer service
  • Package and ship online orders accurately and efficiently
  • Organize inventory, supplies, and store displays
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Help process new inventory and restock products
  • Support daily store operations and team tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a retail environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and motivated
  • Interest or knowledge in trading cards/TCGs is a plus
