We are looking for a Sales Desk Manager who wants to lead, coach, structure deals, and help drive a high-performing showroom culture.


This is not just a desk role. This is a sales leadership role.


About the Role

The Sales Desk Manager is responsible for helping drive new and used vehicle sales performance by supporting the showroom process, structuring deals, coaching sales consultants, reviewing pricing and trades, and ensuring customers receive a professional, transparent, and consistent sales experience.

The right candidate will be competitive, process-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced dealership environment.


What Success Looks Like

A successful Sales Desk Manager will help the store:

  • Achieve monthly new and used vehicle sales goals
  • Improve front-end gross profit
  • Increase appointment conversion and showroom closing performance
  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction, CSI, and review performance
  • Improve sales consultant skill, confidence, and accountability
  • Ensure deals are structured accurately and professionally
  • Create a showroom culture built on ownership, urgency, and serving customers well


What You'll Own
  • Desk and structure new and used vehicle deals
  • Support sales consultants through negotiations and customer objections
  • Protect front-end gross while maintaining transparency and customer trust
  • Review pricing, incentives, rebates, discounts, and trade values
  • Ensure customers receive proper management involvement before leaving
  • Help drive appointment shows, write-ups, and sold units
  • Monitor CRM activity, follow-up, and customer engagement
  • Partner with Finance to support clean deal flow and early F&I involvement
  • Coach sales consultants in real time
  • Reinforce showroom process, activity standards, and customer experience expectations
  • Support inventory merchandising, pricing, and sales strategy
  • Help create urgency, accountability, and consistency on the sales floor


Requirements

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of automotive sales experience required
  • Prior desk manager, sales manager, finance manager, or high-performing sales consultant experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of deal structure, front-end gross, trade appraisals, CRM usage, and customer negotiation
  • Proven ability to coach and develop sales consultants
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Ability to work evenings, Saturdays, and dealership retail hours
  • Must align with Fury Motors' mission and principles
