Job description

Position Overview

Lead strategic project delivery for Enterprise and Gaming, managing end-to-end lifecycles the planning and delivery of Operations strategic projects and be responsible for their success which includes documenting processes and work instructions, defining deliverables, creating schedules, leading meetings and ensuring budgets are accomplished.

  • Support and manage a diverse mix of Operations projects (Supply Chain, New Channel Integration, Shipping/Distribution, Manufacturing, and Systems)
  • Develop and Document processes, meeting results, actions, risks, and project communications
  • Organize meetings, develop agendas, monitor and update project status
  • Document and update all Operations Processes to include OTC for Pre-Fulfillment, Fulfillment, and Materials Management
  • Provide direction and task oversight to individuals, departments, and stakeholders
  • Gathering required data from end users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope on assigned projects
  • Participate in global meetings, some being outside of normal work hours with external and internal partners
  • Laison and build strong relationships and partnerships with Carriers (Inbound / Outbound)
  • Troubleshot and work with Global Trade Compliance to reduce/eliminate late shipments
  • Coordinate with Procurement to ensure delivery of required channel material on time
  • Develop and formalize processes and procedures within M&M and Fulfillment for OTC
  • Accountable for the performance of OTC launch and ongoing operations including continuous improvement
  • Lead the Navision to conversion D365 as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving systems enhancements across ERP, WES, and WMS while guiding cross-functional teams through the transition.
  • Project manage Picking and shipping - process such as fulfillment with M&M and Fulfillment

  • Track record of resolving problems and complex issues
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and balance diverse work schedule and demonstrates ability to be highly organized and manage time effectively
  • Proficient with oral and written communication and with conducting presentations

Desired Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Associate degree and/or equivalent work experience

Preferred Education:

  • Technical/bachelor's degree

Preferred Experience:

  • 3 years of proven experience in leading/supporting project management tasks, including demonstrated experience in establishing deliverables and timelines. Preferably in an operation, manufacturing, shipping and/or distribution environment.
  • Project Management Certification, preferred
  • Supervisory experience, preferred
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio and SharePoint strongly preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems required

Physical Demands: Able to stand or sit for long periods of time. Able to lift 25 pounds by self and 50+ pounds with a team lift (i.e. sitting, standing, lifting, bending, reaching, etc)

Compensation: Depending on your work location, the target hourly rate for this position can range from $24.00 - $30.00. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
