Job description

Allstates Consulting Services is actively seeking experienced Tower Inspectors looking for Level 2 and Level 3 TIA inspectors for long-term wireless infrastructure projects supporting markets from Florida to Texas.

We will also consider qualified candidates located anywhere in:

  • Central Florida
  • Gulf Coast / Panhandle Region
  • Louisiana to central Texas

This role is ideal for experienced TIA tower professionals with strong climbing, inspection, maintenance, and safety knowledge who are looking for stable, long-term work within the wireless industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform tower inspections and structural assessments
  • Identify and document safety or structural concerns
  • Complete inspection reports and field documentation
  • Work safely at heights and follow all climbing/safety procedures
  • Support maintenance and infrastructure upgrade activities
  • Travel within assigned regions as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous tower climbing and inspection experience required
  • Ability to work at heights and in varying outdoor conditions
  • Strong understanding of wireless tower safety standards
  • Valid driver s license required
  • Ability to travel as needed throughout the region
  • OSHA, ComTrain, NWSA or related certifications are a plus
