R2 Logistics is looking for hunters to join our newly developed Supply Chain Sales team. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic and eager to make an impact, confident in their ability to strategize and build a high-level of customer relationships, and capitalize on every opportunity under the supply chain umbrella. R2 Logistics has been expanding our expertise in supply chain solutions and managed transportation for several years through our excellence in customer service, innovative technologies, and our versatile industry experts.
As a Supply Chain Sales Representative, you will develop new prospects, create longstanding relationships that are built on trust and follow through, and present customized logistics solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to elevate your third-party ( 3PL ) sales experience through our complete suite of supply chain solutions.ย 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting, sourcing, and building close relationships with prospective customers
  • Facilitating face-to-face meetings with current and prospective customers
  • Identifying market trends and capitalizing on new business opportunities
  • Qualifying and initiating contact with potential customers
  • Strategizing with Operations to develop strategic pricing and create customer specific solutions
  • Closing new business through daily communication and outstanding customer service
  • Maintaining sales pipeline through persistent follow-up via phone, email, and coordinating face to face meetings

  • MUSTย have at least 2 years of third-party sales experience
  • Track record of success in closing new business
