Our Provider Relations Coordinators are key to the operation of our business. They primarily plan and execute our Single Payer Agreements for necessary out of network contracting activity.
Knowledgeable of the medical marketplace, and with two to four years of experience, preferably in a managed care situation, (If you have a working knowledge of the physical therapy industry, even better) Provider Relations Coordinators are masters when it comes to telephone communication. They respond to general inquiries regarding network participation and contract interpretation, so detail orientation is a must.
