New Dawn ABA – Provider Relations & Community Outreach Representative
Location: Missouri (Kansas City, St. Louis & Columbia)
Job Type: Full-time, field-based role with local travel
Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

New Dawn ABA is a fast-growing ABA therapy provider dedicated to helping children with autism and their families access high-quality, compassionate care. As we continue expanding across Missouri — including Kansas City, St. Louis, and Columbia — we are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Provider Relations & Community Outreach Representative to support our growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable being out in the community, building relationships with providers, attending local events, and helping families connect with ABA services.

About the Role
The Provider Relations & Community Outreach Representative will serve as a local ambassador for New Dawn ABA. You will develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, including pediatricians, healthcare providers, therapists, schools, community organizations, and local family resources.

The goal of this role is to increase awareness of New Dawn ABA, build trust with community partners, and generate qualified leads from families who may benefit from ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with pediatricians, physicians, therapists, schools, childcare providers, community organizations, and other local referral sources.
  • Represent New Dawn ABA professionally throughout the region.
  • Educate providers and community partners about New Dawn ABA services and the intake process.
  • Generate qualified leads and referral opportunities through outreach, events, and relationship development.
  • Attend local events, resource fairs, networking opportunities, and provider meetings.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with referral sources and community partners.
  • Track outreach activity, provider visits, referral sources, and lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal intake, clinical, and operations teams to support a smooth experience for families.
  • Identify additional opportunities for local partnerships and brand awareness.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder.
  • Comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Professional, personable, and organized.
  • Experience in healthcare, ABA, behavioral health, pediatric services, community outreach, sales, marketing, or provider relations preferred.
  • Knowledge of ABA therapy, autism services, or pediatric healthcare is a plus.
  • Comfortable attending community events and meeting with providers.
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Passionate about supporting children and families.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in healthcare outreach, provider relations, business development, sales, marketing, or community liaison work preferred.
  • Experience in ABA, autism services, behavioral health, pediatrics, therapy services, or healthcare is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to travel locally throughout the Kansas City, St. Louis, and Columbia, Missouri areas.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
