Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Director of Provider Relations to lead growth efforts, strengthen provider partnerships, and expand our presence on the gulf coast. This position will report directly to the VP.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead provider outreach, sales, and relationship management efforts
  • Develop and execute strategies that drive referral growth and market expansion
  • Build strong partnerships with physicians, clinicians, and community organizations
  • Analyze market trends and performance data to identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with leadership to set goals and track results
  • Represent the company in the community and at industry events
  • Ensure alignment with quality, compliance, and operational standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of healthcare sales, marketing, or provider relations leadership experience
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills

Pay
