CLGT Solutions, LLC dba CLOVEHITCH is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small mission-focused business that provides professional solutions in the areas of intelligence, financial management, linguistics and administrative functions.
CLOVEHITCH is seeking a Data Integration specialist to lead data integration efforts for Army intelligence platforms. This individual will oversee a small group while performing data governance, architecture, and quality management, requiring experience in data warehousing, metadata management, and team leadership. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a small team while facilitating the access, identification, discovery, integration, and dissemination of relevant intelligence reporting, while synchronizing Army G-2, INSCOM, ASCC, COCOM, and Intelligence Community (IC) data-related efforts within a specified theater of operation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the host unit for relevant intelligence knowledge management and intelligence data lifecycle/architecture issues.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Understand and deconflict intelligence data requirements in support of combined/joint theater operations and Multi-Domain Operations (MDO).
  • Identify theater multinational C2ISR architectures.
  • Enable rapid dissemination of releasable intelligence reporting to appropriate Unified Action Partners.

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
  • Four years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery.
  • Four years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
  • Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.
  • Must have ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 Calendar days of indoctrination.

Education and Other Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in an area related to the position from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Educations. Alternatively, candidates may qualify with an associate degree and at least seven years of experience in an intelligence discipline or qualify with a high school degree and at least nine years of experience in an intelligence discipline.
  • Due to federal contract requirements, this position is restricted to U.S. citizens who have an active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
