Weโ€™re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to join our content and creative team. This role is ideal for a highly creative motion designer with strong visual storytelling skills, technical expertise, and a passion for entertainment and culture. The Motion Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with Creative Directors and content producers to develop engaging motion content across multiple platforms and activations.
What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Create visually compelling motion graphics and animations across a variety of campaigns and projects
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors and content producers to develop concepts, storyboards, and creative solutions
  • Design and produce 2D and 3D motion assets for digital, social, experiential, and branded content
  • Maintain consistency across visual style, storytelling, and brand guidelines throughout projects
  • Stay current on motion design trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools
  • Take ownership of projects from concept through final delivery while meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Adapt quickly to client feedback and revisions while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 3-5 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or related creative roles; entertainment experience is a plus
  • Strong demo reel or portfolio showcasing creative motion design and storytelling capabilities
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience creating 2D and 3D motion graphics across multiple platforms and formats
  • Strong understanding of design principles including typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage projects independently from concept to completion in a fast-paced creative environment

WHAT WE OFFER:
The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $80,000 to $105,000 per year.
The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidateโ€™s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience.
