Job description

Job Posting: Maintenance Assistant

Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Assistant at The Sullivan.

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
  • Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
  • Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours.
  • Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

  • One year maintenance experience in property management or related field
  • Possession of minimum tools required
  • Ability to be available โ€œon callโ€ 24 hours, seven days a week
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
  • Valid Driverโ€™s License

Required Testing

  • Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
