Location: Aventura, Florida (Mon-Fri in office)
Annual Salary: $150,000-$170,000

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close processes.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, revenue recognition accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Oversee tax compliance, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Manage reconciliations, transaction integrity, and financial accuracy across the organization.
• Oversee billing, collections, chargebacks, and revenue-related processes.
• Lead and develop the accounting team while driving process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications for the Controller:
• Must be open to an in office schedule 5 days/week from 9-6pm
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including Controller-level leadership.
• Strong expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, audits, and revenue recognition.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
