Controller
Location: Catoosa, OK | Pay: $109k+ Annually | Schedule: Day Shift | Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities
The Controller will oversee the preparation and accuracy of all financial statements and reports in compliance with IFRS, ensuring data integrity. This role leads ongoing improvements in balance sheet reconciliation, month-end close processes, and accounting workflows, focusing on automation and standardization. Key duties include managing month-end close activities, such as journal entries, accruals, and financial adjustments, while overseeing shared services for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to optimize payment processing and collections. The Controller will also prepare and analyze weekly cash flow forecasts, monitor liquidity, and develop strategies for cash flow optimization. Additionally, this position ensures adherence to internal financial controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Acting as a liaison with external auditors, the Controller will coordinate audit filings and ensure compliance with all relevant standards. Providing leadership to the accounting team, the Controller will foster performance, accuracy, and team collaboration while supporting budgeting and forecasting processes through financial insights and variance analysis.

Competencies
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAP accounting standards, financial reporting, and internal controls. They must possess proven leadership skills, with experience managing accounting teams and driving professional development. Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities are required to oversee month-end close processes, reconciliations, and reporting. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience with IFRS and/or US GAAP, shared services management (AP/AR), and cash flow forecasting.
  • Experience in manufacturing and corporate reporting is preferred.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, project-driven, or multinational environment is a plus.
