Summary: Are you looking for a stable, long-term part-time position where you can be part of a positive team environment? Thanksgiving Point is seeking a dependable Retail Merchandise Associate to help keep our retail locations stocked, organized, and guest-ready. This daytime position is ideal for individuals with retail experience who enjoy staying active, working independently, and contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
What You'll Do
  • Receive and process incoming merchandise, including pricing, tagging, sorting, delivering, and merchandising products throughout our retail locations.
  • Help maintain attractive, organized, and well-stocked stores.
  • Replenish sales floor merchandise from backstock as needed.
  • Assist with inventory counts and product audits.
  • Transfer merchandise between retail locations when needed.
  • Provide cashier support during busy periods.
  • Contribute to a welcoming and professional environment by exemplifying Thanksgiving Point's Mission, Values, and Policies.
  • Support the retail team with additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous retail, merchandising, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent guest service.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while supporting a team.
  • Willingness to complete Guest Experience Training and apply those skills in daily interactions.
  • Ability to learn point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Availability for daytime shifts, with occasional Saturdays and holidays required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds independently, with heavier items moved using carts or hand trucks.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
