Job description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of recent specialty experience for a 13-week hospital assignment.
Job Details
• Work in a hospital Respiratory Care department,
• 12-hour day shifts with a schedule varying between 6:45a-7:15p,
• 3 shifts per week,
• 13-week contract length,
• No on-call requirements,
Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience within respiratory therapy specialty,
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required,
• GA RRT license required (license required if applicable),
• NBRC RRT certification required,
Additional Information
• Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve),
• Does not accept local candidates within 50 miles of the facility,
• Returning permanent staff must complete a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler,
• RTO must be requested upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
