Coffee is our medium. “Not Just A Cup, But A Just Cup” is our message.  About the Position The Account Representative is a part-time sales associate responsible for making regular contact with Thanksgiving Coffee customers by phone and email. This individual will produce and route all pertinent paperwork, making sure the client/customers’ needs are being met in a timely manner, and understood by each department necessary to meet those needs. The right person is detail oriented, with strong customer services skills and an upbeat personality. This position reports to the Operations Manager. We are looking for someone who can work in our Fort Bragg office 18-20 hours per week, Monday through Wednesday, 8 AM - 2:30 PM, approximately six hours/ day. About you * Excellent customer service skills. Experience in a customer service or sales role preferred. * Problem solving skills. * Verbal and written communication skills. * Interpersonal skills. * Analytical skills. * Negotiation skills. * Organizational skills. * Time management skills. * Attention to detail. * Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office. * Education requirement - High school or above. Key Responsibilities * Communicating with customers by phone and email to ensure their needs are understood and addressed. * Building strong customer relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers. * Collaborating and communicating with various other departments to ensure customer needs are being met. * Invoicing and awareness of variations in invoicing per customer as necessary. * Resolving customer complaints or queries in a timely manner.  * Special projects may be assigned on an as needed basis.   * Knowledge of company’s products, ability to describe them. Physical Requirements * Ability to efficiently operate company provided computer, printer, etc. Pay and Hours This position is part-time, 20-25 hours per week to start. Pay is $20 per hour.
