RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Aggressively following up on leads to qualify, educate, and close deals via phone, email, and chat.

  • Handle quotes, objections, negotiations, and ensure execution.

  • Maintain and update CRM with sales pipeline and forecasts.

  • Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor tactics.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and build a consistent revenue pipeline.

  • Attend trade shows and collaborate with Marketing to maximize opportunities.

  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
  • 1-3 years of sales experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:
  • Previous experience working in telecommunications, SaaS, or technology companies.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ChatGPT.

  • Familiarity with franchisor/franchisee relationships.

  • Outbound Sales Experience

WORKSITE
  • Remote or hybrid after training visits to Southfield, Michigan headquarters.

  • Travel to attend conferences and company events.
