The Opportunity

The Recruiter role is pivotal in driving our high-volume, specialized recruitment operations and ensuring we meet key performance indicators (KPIs). This individual will manage the full recruitment cycle for complex DI roles, maintain high standards of candidate quality, and serve as a strategic partner to our clinic clients.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Placement Excellence

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Diagnostic Imaging roles, including MRI, CT, X-ray, Sonography/Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and Mammography Technologists and more.
  • Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels, including job boards (Indeed), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), and our internal databases, to source candidates. Rigorously screen candidates for certifications (e.g., CMRITO, ARRT), professional experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Management: Conduct phone or video interviews, assess candidate suitability, and prepare detailed candidate submission templates for clients, including summaries of qualifications, technical skills, and alignment with client needs.
  • Process Adherence & Data Integrity: Strictly adhere to the streamlined recruitment process, ensuring all resumes are uploaded our ATS and CRM.
  • Client & Offer Management: Facilitate the interview process, assist in negotiating job offers (including salary and benefits), and ensure a seamless transition for new employees and clinics.


Strategic Client and Account Management

  • Consultation & Alignment: Work closely with clinics and facilities to understand specific hiring needs, including job descriptions, required skills, qualifications, and essential factors defining the ideal candidate.
  • Relationship Building: Position HIHR as a strategic partner to existing clients by scheduling regular check-ins, gathering feedback on service quality, and discussing current and future hiring needs.
  • Market Insights: Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarking, and industry trends to enhance our value as a service provider.


Performance Monitoring and Improvement

  • KPI Tracking: Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics tracked in the Quarterly Business Review (QBR), including Time to Fill roles, Interview-to-hire ratio, Offer acceptance rate, and Placement retention rate (90-day success rate).
  • Pipeline Management: Track active candidates, passive candidate outreach efforts, and ensure diversity of the candidate pipeline, specifically focusing on location/postal codes.
  • System Maintenance: Use Sales CRM to manage client relationships, forecast sales, document communication, and update Deal Cards to associate new candidates and track progress through pipeline stages.


Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the specialized healthcare or Diagnostic Imaging sector.
  • Bonus: Deep expertise and knowledge of Diagnostic Imaging modalities (e.g., X-ray, MRI, Ultrasound, CT, Nuclear Medicine).
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with a focus on professionalism, integrity, and patient care.
  • Understanding of Ontario employment standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, recognizing that communication with candidates and profile submissions may require unusual hours, including evenings and weekends.


Technical Proficiency

The Recruiter must be proficient in our core technology stack:

  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Communication & Collaboration: Expertise in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Chat), RingCentral (calling/texting), and Zoom (video conferencing).
  • Sourcing Tools: Familiarity with platforms like Indeed for job posting and candidate sourcing.
