Job description

Job Type: Full Time
Shift: 1st 2nd or 3rd, Monday - Friday
6am-2pm- 1st shift
2pm-10pm - 2nd shift
10pm-6am- 3rd shift
Expected Hours: 40
Our client is a creative product manufacturer who is looking for a Factory Associate to join their team. Under the direction of the manufacturing manager, they will be asked to help with all processes and efforts of the factory department.
* Accurately read labels, worksheets, work orders, and convert units and scale values with a calculator
* Safely change raw material drums and totes with equipment
* Operate scales for measuring product, including tare out weights, change units of measure, and identify problematic behavior
* Learn and safely operate the manual and electric pallet jack, scissor lift, drum life, etc.
* Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
* Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely
* Must be able to prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced environment
* Must have basic math skills and be comfortable making unit conversions with a calculator
