Shift Details: 7p-7a, 11p to 7a, every other weekend and holiday, as assigned
Hours/Week: 32.00


Experienced Med/Surg RNs may be eligible for up to $20,000 in bonuses! Pro-rated for part-time.


The West 3 - Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Department at Everett Hospital with Cambridge Health Alliance is a 35 bed unit for patients with general and complete medical and surgical needs, often serving those with serious health issues. The unit includes 5 private rooms, 2 respiratory isolation rooms and a hemodialysis tandem room with 2 bays. Skilled and compassionate nursing staff take care of approximately 25 patients each day including an expert Hospitalist Team. 

The role of a Registered Nurse (RN)is to comply with CHA Service Standards for welcoming patients. The qualified applicant will provide quality care to our patients in an inpatient medical/surgical/telemetry unit. In this fast-paced environment, you will assess, plan, implement, and document patient care as well as communicate with patients, families and other health team members effectively. Implementing core measures as indicated. The RN reports directly to a designated nurse manager, clinical manager or off shift manager. Applicants should possess excellent communication, assessment, documentation and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize as well as a commitment to work with a culturally diverse population. 

Qualifications/Experience: 

BSN Preferred 

Current or conditional MA RN Licensure 

Current AHA  BLS certification required. 

Proficiency in telemetry and ability to independently interpret telemetry strips preferred. 

Minimum of 2 years current med/surg nursing experience preferred.
