Optum is looking for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team in Laguna Hills, CA. The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient's needs.

Position Details:
  • Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment.
  • Patient volume is 18-20 on average
  • See patients of all ages, newborns to geriatric age
  • M-F, 8am-5pm

Required Qualifications:

  • CA DEA certificate required prior to start date

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
