Job Description
Leading Utility solutions organization in the South Coast Metro area in need of a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support the Test department. This role is long term temp but could go temp-hire for the right candidate. This is a full time in office opportunity.
Duties:
Complete the post testing notifications
Copy/paste all document from the S drive to my hard drive for review
Create all agency cover letters for each scope that also involves using the new Letterhead
Review all testing results for completeness and errors
Email meter calibrations to Weights and Measures for each involved County within 24 hrs
Notify clients via phone and email with updates
Create the pre-invoice reports
Email testing manager job is ready for review
Once reviewed, email results to appropriate Agency
Upload results to Field Point
Handle all revised report submittals when agency finds errors. Includes revised letter, forms and re-submitals to agency, mail, uploads and sometimes email to client
Weekly Duties
Every other week, create all the technician testing template emails including High Risk Permits
Every two weeks, mail testing templates
Create all testing templates for upcoming jobs
Create S drive folders to house each individual testing event
This position pays $23.00-$25.00 an hour DOE
