Job description

The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the administrative functions required to successfully execute a range of SAP technology-based projects. Working with the Project Manager or on smaller projects individually, the Project Coordinator supports the project plan and is responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness of associated project deliverables, including communication of status, risks and issues to the relevant team members. A successful candidate must be extremely organized and can thrive in a fast paced, deadline-oriented SAP project environment.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Maintaining standard project documentation such as project plan, travel plans, team roster, status reports, risks and issue logs, budget reports, presentations etc.
โ€ข Support testing coordination and defect management activities within SAP Cloud ALM, including monitoring test progress, logging and prioritizing defects, and following up with teams to drive timely resolution.
โ€ข Set up and organization of project document repository
โ€ข Recording minutes during project, team, and steering committee meetings and gathering related information for project documentation, storing documentation
โ€ข Management of change requests to the project plan and other project management documentation
โ€ข Provision of seamless communication, planning business activities with clients and stakeholders
โ€ข Schedule and organize project team meetings
โ€ข Coordination of third-party activities in relation to project execution
โ€ข Other administrative tasks as assigned
Minimum Requirements
โ€ข Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years relevant experience
โ€ข Travel up to 50%
โ€ข SAP prior knowledge or software implementation experience
โ€ข Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with external contacts or employees, including senior executives, international and domestic team members
โ€ข Organizational and administrative skills to enable the maintenance and storage of electronic project files
โ€ข Strong knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office Suite including competence in advance features of Microsoft Office programs. Detailed knowledge of capabilities of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint or a willingness to gain and maintain such knowledge so it can be applied to the management of projects.
โ€ข Manage multiple priorities by using appropriate methodologies and tools. Experience with successfully managing complex project and program delivery
โ€ข Ability to understand basic technical conversations in meetings and be able to take notes on the details being discussed

โ€ข SmartSheet experience
โ€ข A knowledge of various project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAP Activate) is desirable or willingness to learn

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $75,000 - $120,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor.
