Your chief responsibilities and duties are to oversee a team of software quality assurance testers throughout the development life cycle, design and implement testing strategies, create reports and analyses of your tests, and present your findings to software developers and management. You are also responsible for hiring new testers, building your team, and helping to mentor and monitor junior testers.

Leveraging strong leadership and collaborative skills helps Test Managers ensure seamless test execution and project delivery.
