About your team

The Performance Attribution function is responsible for delivering accurate, timely and insightful analysis of investment performance across portfolios, strategies and asset classes. The team operates with two centres of excellence in Dublin (Ireland) and Gurgaon (India).
The team explains what drove performance, why returns diverged from benchmarks, and how investment decisions contributed to outcomes, supporting portfolio managers, investment committees, senior management and clients.

The team partners closely with portfolio management, risk, product, client reporting and technology teams to ensure performance data is robust, transparent and consistently interpreted across regions and asset classes.

About your role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead the ongoing operation of our Attribution team. The Head of Performance Attribution is accountable for the global delivery, development and evolution of performance and attribution analysis across equity, fixed income and multi-asset strategies.

The role ensures bestinclass attribution methodologies, scalable operating models and high-quality insights that enhance investment decision-making, governance and client outcomes.
The position also provides strategic leadership to geographically dispersed teams and acts as a senior subjectmatter expert and stakeholder for attribution-related matters.

About you

Lead, develop and inspire multi-location teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement. Oversee the production and interpretation of performance, relative returns and attribution analysis for equity, fixed income and multi-asset portfolios. Ensure methodologies are investmentappropriate, consistent, and aligned with industry best practice. Ensure strong controls, governance and documentation around performance data and attribution models. Oversee vendor relationships, systems and tooling supporting attribution processes. Partner closely with Portfolio Managers, Investment Directors, Risk, Product and Client teams to deliver valueadding insights. Support product development, pitch material and client due diligence from an attribution perspective. Lead change initiatives, including system enhancements, process efficiency and analytical innovation. Identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability and analytical depth.

University-educated, with a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics or Computer Science

Extensive experience in performance measurement and attribution within an asset management, institutional investment or financial services environment.

Experience driving change, transformation or system enhancement initiatives within a performance or investment analytics function. Proven leadership experience managing global or multilocation teams, including remote and culturally diverse groups. Strong track record of owning attribution methodologies, resolving complex performance issues, and delivering clear, investmentrelevant insights. Strategic mindset combined with strong operational discipline. High attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
