A Quality Performance Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving the quality standards within an organization. They analyze processes, set quality benchmarks, and ensure that products or services meet regulatory and customer expectations. Their role often involves developing performance metrics, conducting audits, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
