*Minimum Age - 18 years old
Full Time:
  • Permanent Position
  • 40 hours per week on average
  • Health, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance
  • 401(k) Retirement Package with up to 4% employer match
  • Paid Vacation and Personal Paid Time Off
  • Training and Scholarships up to $1,000 per term
  • Premium Pay increase of .50¢/hour for all eligible employees working any hours on Saturday-Sunday, and weekdays before 6 am, or after 7 pm

Job Information Requirements:
  • 1 year of leadership in retail food operations, in a supervisor position. Pass a criminal background check. Pass the drug test check. Knowledge of computer systems.

Duties:
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate the daily operations of the fresh food department.
  • Meet sales, gross, and labor goals.
  • Schedule staff. Approve time cards.
  • Handle employee recruitment, orientation, and training.
  • Ensure workplace safety.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, employee happiness, successful vendor relations, and company profitability.
