Job description

We are looking to hire a System Test Engineering Manager who will work in the Test Solutions Group at NVIDIA developing and supporting manufacturing test solutions for Datacenter System products. Through your leadership, hardware, and software expertise you will guide engineers to enable and improve factory practices, processes and methodologies. Through this work you will improve generations of NVIDIA manufacturing processes and have long lasting impact. As a System Test Engineering Manager you will explore the challenging areas of manufacturing test, test automation and delivering high quality products to customers.
What you'll be doing:
  • Support a growing team of on-site manufacturing test engineers in diverse locations.
  • Refine manufacturing test solutions for System products translating them to methodologies and processes for Datacenter family of products.
  • Improve automated diag generation and validation infrastructure.
  • Lead and advise a team of engineers to handle multiple product lines, manufacturing sites and software and hardware maturity levels, each with demanding schedules.
  • Guide teams in resolving technical problems.

What we need to see:
  • 6+ years of experience with post silicon validation experience in Board or System products.
  • 2+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects
  • BS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, chip to system.
  • Python programming and bash scripting experience.
  • Excellent communication and people skills

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 253,000 USD.
