Job Summary:

The role involves leading enterprise-wide test automation initiatives, defining automation strategies, and mentoring teams to enhance automation maturity across multiple client engagements.
Responsibilities:
• Define and govern enterprise automation standards and best practices
• Design scalable Tosca automation frameworks and reusable assets
• Support, Mentor and coach automation engineers across delivery teams
• Support presales, solutioning, and automation strategy discussions
• Drive automation metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Required:
• Tricentis Tosca (Model-Based Automation)
• Test Automation Framework Design
• CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to mentor teams
• Influence automation adoption
• Work across multiple programs
Preferred:
• SAP Testing (S/4HANA, ECC)
• API and Service Testing
• Performance and Non-functional testing exposure
