Job Description

Role Summary
A Test Architect with a strong strategy and consulting mindset to define and drive enterprisescale test strategies across complex application landscapes. This role partners closely with Directors, Engineering Leaders, and Business Stakeholders to embed quality into delivery through scalable, measurable, and outcomedriven testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own endtoend test strategy aligned with business goals, delivery models (Agile, SAFe, Hybrid), and risk profiles.
  • Design test architecture covering functional, automation, performance, security, data, and compliance testing.
  • Act as a quality transformation consultant to senior stakeholders, influencing roadmap and release decisions using datadriven insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement, including shiftleft/shiftright practices and adoption of AIassisted testing and automation.
  • Establish quality governance, metrics, and quality gates across the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Partner with Directors to translate strategy into executable test operating models.
  • Provide leadership to ensure consistent execution across teams.
  • Identify quality risks early and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 15+ years of experience in software testing / quality engineering, with 5+ years in a Test Architect or Test Strategy role.
  • Proven experience defining and executing enterprisescale test strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloudbased delivery models.
  • Experience with modern test automation frameworks (UI, API, integration & Data), performance, and security testing.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, consulting, and influence skills.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into practical, executable quality strategies.
