Automation & Performance Test Architect
Role Overview
The Automation & Performance Test Architect defines and drives the enterprise test automation and performance testing strategy. The role focuses on building scalable, maintainable automation frameworks and robust performance testing solutions integrated into CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality, reliability, and system scalability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and govern automation and performance testing architecture
  • Design reusable UI, API, Mobile, and Performance test frameworks
  • Select and standardize tools, frameworks, and best practices
  • Integrate automated and performance tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Define non-functional requirements (NFRs) and performance KPIs
  • Design workload models and analyze system bottlenecks
  • Enable shift-left, continuous testing, and DevOps quality practices
  • Mentor teams and act as technical authority for testing solutions
Skills & Expertise
