Job description

Sigmatech is seeking a highly skilled Scientific and Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to serve as a Test Analyst at Schriever Space Force Base.

The ideal candidate will leverage deep technical knowledge to assist the Test Director in creating robust test plans and procedures. This role is essential for evaluating system performance across critical domains and ensuring that data analysis meets rigorous T&E reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Test Director to design and develop test measures, evaluation criteria, and comprehensive test procedures
  • Apply expertise in Space Domain Awareness, Missile Defense, C2 Networks, and Machine-to-Machine sensor orchestration to define expected system performance benchmarks
  • Develop and implement data procurement and analysis strategies using operations-focused test and data management procedures
  • Ensure all data-related activities support official Test & Evaluation (T&E) reporting requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or STEM equivalent
  • 5-10 years of work experience
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with eligibility for Special Access Programs (SAP)
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following technical areas: Space Domain Awareness, Missile Defense, C2 Networks, or Machine-to-Machine sensor orchestration
  • Proven experience in developing test plans, measures, and data analysis strategies

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $115,000 to $145,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
