Since our founding in 2005, the passion, reputation, and talent of our team has provided the opportunity to service some of the most prestigious and beautiful properties throughout Texas including the Oracle campus, Q2 Stadium, Omni PGA Frisco Resort, Hemisfair Park, and Waterloo Park.
We are seeking a Site Administrator to join our team at our Tesla Location. This position will be based onsite at our mobile office near the Tesla facility and will play a critical role in supporting daily operations. Working from our onsite mobile office, the Tesla Site Administrator will provide administrative support to field operations, assist with employee trainings, coordinate office processes, and help ensure smooth communication between crews, management, and support departments.
Role + Responsibilities:
  • Create, process, and file purchase orders (POs)
  • Collect, review, and submit employee payroll hours accurately and on time
  • Organize and manage weekly billing documentation using Microsoft Office applications
  • File, track, and submit receipts, invoices, and other financial documentation
  • Assist employees with completing required online safety training courses
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates applying to Tesla site positions
  • Assist with ordering materials and supplies through online vendor platforms
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for site operations
  • Support communication between field crews, management, HR, Payroll, and Accounting
  • Assist management with administrative projects and operational reporting as needed

Knowledge, Skills, + Abilities:
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Experience with payroll, billing, invoicing, or administrative support preferred
  • Comfortable working independently in an onsite office environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting field operations, construction, landscaping, or similar industries is a plus

COMPENSATION
We value the longevity of our employees and offer a competitive compensation plan. Salary is commiserate with experience. This is a full-time, in-person, W2 employee position.
