De Onderhoudsmanager Kraandienst is verantwoordelijk voor het strategisch en operationeel aansturen van het onderhoud en de herstellingen van het kraanpark op de terminals.

De rol waarborgt maximale veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van de installaties door middel van efficiรซnt onderhoudsbeheer, sterk people management en continue optimalisatie van processen en middelen.

De functie heeft een directe impact op de operationele performantie en competitiviteit van de organisatie.

Functie:
  • Onderhouds- en herstelbeheer

    • Organiseren, plannen en opvolgen van preventief, correctief en predictief onderhoud

    • Eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het opstellen en optimaliseren van onderhoudsplannen

    • Zorgen voor minimale downtime en maximale beschikbaarheid van het kraanpark

    • Analyseren van storingen en initiรซren van structurele verbetermaatregelen

  • Leiding & People Management

    • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van supervisors, meestergasten en techniekers (storingstechnieker, kraanmechanieker en constructielassers).

    • Stimuleren van samenwerking en kennisdeling binnen het team

    • Verantwoordelijk voor technische competentieontwikkeling en opleidingskwaliteit

    • Uitvoeren van evaluatie- en functioneringsgesprekken

  • Veiligheid & Compliance

    • Waarborgen van naleving van AREI-, ARAB- en kraanveiligheidsvoorschriften

  • Budget- en middelenbeheer

    • Beheren van het afdelingsbudget en onderhoudskosten

    • Verantwoordelijk voor aankoop en beschikbaarheid van kritische spare parts

    • Optimaliseren van middelen en werkprocessen met focus op kostenefficiรซntie

    • Rapporteren van resultaten, KPIโ€™s en financiรซle prestaties

  • Procesverbetering & Innovatie

    • Samenwerken met Reliability Management rond root cause analyses

Profiel: Opleiding:
  • Master Industrieel Ingenieur (bij voorkeur Elektromechanica) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

Ervaring:
  • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in onderhoud van hijsinstallaties of zware constructies

  • Ervaring met het aansturen van grote technische teams binnen een industriรซle omgeving

  • Grondige ervaring met onderhoudsstrategieรซn (preventief, correctief en predictief)

  • Ervaring met kraanveiligheidsnormen (EN, ISO) en relevante wetgeving (AREI, ARAB)

  • Sterke technische expertise in:

    • Elektriciteit, motoren en aandrijftechnieken

      • Meet- en regeltechniek en frequency drives

      • Industriรซle automatisering (PLC, Siemens S7, TIA Portal)

      • SCADA, HMI en industriรซle netwerken

      • Mechanica, hydraulica en hijswerktuigen

  • Ervaring met budgetbeheer en kostoptimalisatie binnen onderhoudsomgevingen
