What is Temporary Workday Recruiting?

Temporary Workday Recruiting refers to the process of hiring short-term or contract employees using the Workday Recruiting software platform. Workday Recruiting is a cloud-based system that helps organizations manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, tracking applicants, and onboarding new hires. When used for temporary positions, it streamlines the hiring workflow, ensures compliance, and provides a centralized location for managing candidate information. This approach helps businesses quickly fill short-term roles while maintaining an organized and efficient recruitment process.

What is the 70 30 rule in hiring?

The 70/30 rule in hiring suggests that 70% of a candidate's evaluation should focus on their skills, experience, and qualifications, while 30% should consider cultural fit and soft skills.
