Job description

Processing Specialist

Seasonal position: Start date would be October 27th- December 22nd.

The Processing Specialist will be responsible for keying our insurance policies into the systems of our insurance providers. This position requires candidates to pay close attention to detail to ensure all policies are keyed correctly and efficiently. Candidates must have strong computer skills and be able to work quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with the underwriter coordinator and account managers to ensure any issues with a policy are resolved in a quick & efficient manner
  • Successful candidates must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
  • Monitors own projects to ensure quality is met
  • Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities and use time efficiently

Requirements Include:

  • High school or equivalent
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to type 50+ wpm
  • Must be able to work well under pressure

Additional Information:

We are looking to add a few temporary team members to assist through our busy sales season October through mid December. These positions are ideally full time and candidates must be able to work on-site in Springville, Utah. Part-time positions will be considered for the right candidate.
