We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Processing Specialist to join our client's growing financial services team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing transaction documentation, accurately entering data, and initiating dispute cases within our client's processing systems. What You Will Do:

  • Review electronic documentation to identify, verify, and validate transaction details
  • Initiate non-fraud dispute cases in the internal processing platform accurately
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and financial information
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and compliance requirements
  • Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate findings clearly and escalate issues when necessary

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
