We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Position starts off as a, Tuesday- Wednesday - Thursday in person. 
Responsibilities

  • Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Maintain employee records and manage data collection using HR software such as ADP, Oracle, UltiPro, or Dayforce.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Address employee relations issues by providing conflict management support and guidance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Monitor employee performance evaluations and provide support for performance management processes.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • SHRM Certification preferred
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems such as , ADP, Oracle, UltiPro, or Dayforce is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in data collection and record maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
