Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Exhibit Warehouse Technician to join our team in Woburn, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the proper handling, storage, and maintenance of exhibit materials and equipment. This individual will work closely with the exhibit team to ensure that all materials are stored safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to review and understand Sales Orders in order to effectively pull amp; prep, pack the correct inventory items and fulfil each order accurately.
  • Effectively communicate and take direction from Project Manager and or Lead Exhibit Technician in order to effectively execute tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain daily operations of the department.
  • Assembling and dismantling high quality exhibits for a wide array of dynamic industry leading clients.
  • Preparation of Trade Show Exhibit Booths for national and global programs
  • Organize and maintain the exhibit warehouse to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of materials
  • Preparation of Trade Show Exhibit Booths for national and global programs.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Project Manager and Lead Exhibit Technician
  • Create accurate packing lists to be included in all shipments
  • Coordinate with exhibit team to fulfill requests for materials and equipment
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling exhibit materials
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools and ladders.
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality required.
  • Prior experience working in a warehouse or exhibit environment preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 75lbs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques
  • Trade show experience preferred but not required (Will train).
  • Requires availability to work overtime as necessary during peak production periods.
